ČSN EN 15634-2 This document specifies a method for the detection of celery (Apium graveolens) in emulsion-type sausages (e.g. Frankfurter, Wiener). Real-time PCR (polymerase chain reaction) detection of celery is based on an 101 bp (base pair) sequence from the gene of the mannitol dehydrogenase (GenBank Acc. No. AF067082 ) of celery (Apium graveolens). The method has been validated on emulsion-type sausages (Bavarian "Leberkäse") spiked with celery. For this purpose meat batter containing mass fractions of 50 % pork meat, 25 % pork fat, 23 % crushed ice and 1,8 % of a mixture of sodium chloride, nitrite, nitrate, phosphates and ascorbates was prepared according to a standard procedure for emulsion-type sausage. The meat batter was spiked with either ground celery seeds or celery root powder to 1000 mg/kg. Lower spiking levels were obtained by diluting with celery-free meat batter. The batter was stuffed into casings and heated at 65 °C for 60 min [1]. This document is intended to be used in addition to EN 15842 and EN 15634 1.

ČSN EN 15842 This document specifies how to use the standards for immunoassays, nucleic based and chromatographic methods and their relationship in the analysis of food allergens; and contains general definitions, requirements and guidelines for laboratory set-up, method validation requirements, description of methods, and test reports. This document also specifies general guidelines for the requirements and use of reference materials for the determination of allergenic commodities in food products. The term "reference materials" in this document includes certified reference materials as well as quality control materials. Currently only a limited number of reference materials for food allergen determination are available. As new materials become accepted and validated, they can be appended as an annex to this document. This document does not deal with sampling issues. It simply details processes involved from receipt of the laboratory sample to the end result.

ČSN EN ISO 527-1 V tomto dokumentu jsou specifikovány obecné zásady pro stanovení tahových vlastností plastů a plastových kompozitů za definovaných podmínek zkoušení. Je definováno několik typů zkušebních těles vhodných pro různé typy materiálů, které jsou podrobně popsány v následujících částech ISO 527. Uvedené metody se používají k vyhodnocování chování zkušebních těles při namáhání v tahu a pro stanovení meze pevnosti v tahu, modulu pružnosti v tahu a dalších tahových charakteristik ze závislosti napětí v tahu/poměrné prodloužení za daných podmínek. Tyto metody jsou podle výběru vhodné pro následující rozsah materiálů: - tuhé a polotuhé termoplasty pro tváření, vytlačovaní a lití, včetně plněných a vyztužených směsí, vedle neplněných typů; tuhé a polotuhé desky a fólie z termoplastů; - tuhé a polotuhé reaktoplasty pro tváření, včetně plněných a vyztužených směsí; tuhé a polotuhé desky z reaktoplastů, včetně laminátů; - kompozity plněné vlákny na bázi reaktoplastů a termoplastů, vyztužené v jednom nebo ve více směrech výztužemi jako jsou rohože, tkaniny, tkané rovingy, sekané příze, kombinované a hybridní výztuže, rovingy a mletá vlákna; desky vyrobené z předimpregnovaných materiálů (prepregů); - termotropní polymery na bázi tekutých krystalů. Metody nejsou běžně vhodné pro tuhé lehčené materiály, pro které se použije ISO 1926, nebo pro sendvičové struktury obsahující lehčené materiály.

ČSN EN ISO 20028-1 This document establishes a system of designation for thermoplastic polyester (TP) material, which can be used as the basis for specifications. It covers polyester homopolymers for moulding and extrusion based on poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET), poly(butylene terephthalate) (PBT), poly(cyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate) (PCT), poly(ethylene naphthalate) (PEN), poly(butylene naphthalates) (PBN) and other TP-types and copolyesters of various compositions for moulding and extrusion. The types of thermoplastic polyester are differentiated from each other by a classification system based on appropriate levels of the designatory properties: a) viscosity number; b) tensile modulus of elasticity; and on information about the intended application and/or method of processing, important properties, additives, colorants, fillers and reinforcing materials. This designation system is applicable to thermoplastic polyester homopolymers and copolymers. It applies to materials ready for normal use in the form of powder, granules or pellets, unmodified or modified by colorants, fillers and other additives. This document does not apply to the saturated polyester/ester and polyether/ester thermoplastic elastomers covered by ISO 20029. It is not intended to imply that materials having the same designation give necessarily the same performance. This document does not provide engineering data, performance data or data on processing conditions which can be required to specify a material. If such additional properties are required, they are intended to be determined in accordance with the test methods specified in ISO 20028-2, if suitable.

ČSN EN ISO 20337 This document specifies a method using a shear test apparatus for measuring the in-plane shear stress/shear strain response, shear modulus and shear strength of continuous-fibre-reinforced plastic composite materials with fibre orientations of 0° and 0°/90°. This method is applicable to thermoset and thermoplastic matrix laminates made from unidirectional layers/non-woven fabrics and/or fabrics including unidirectional fabrics, with the fibres oriented at 0° and 0°/90° to the specimen axis, where the lay-up is symmetrical and balanced about the specimen mid-plane. The method is suitable for determining shear properties in both the linear and nonlinear load-deformation range even at shear strains greater than 5 %. Short and long fibre-reinforced plastic composites can also be tested using this document.

ČSN EN 12350-7 (73 1301) Tento dokument uvádí dvě metody pro stanovení obsahu vzduchu ve zhutněném čerstvém betonu vyrobeném z hutného nebo těžkého kameniva, které má maximální deklarovanou hodnotu velikosti zrn D (Dmax) do 63 mm. Zkouška není vhodná pro betony s konzistencí sednutím menším než 10 mm podle EN 12350-2. Ani jedna z uvedených metod se nemá používat pro betony s lehkým kamenivem, se zpěněnou vysokopecní struskou nebo s velmi pórovitým kamenivem, vzhledem k velké hodnotě opravného součinitele pro kamenivo v porovnání s obsahem vzduchu v betonu.

ČSN EN ISO 5815-1 Tento dokument specifikuje zřeďovací a očkovací metodu stanovení biochemické spotřeby kyslíku vod po inkubační době 5 dnů nebo 7 dnů s inhibicí nitrifikace. Metoda je použitelná pro všechny vody s biochemickou spotřebou kyslíku obvykle od 1 mg/l do 6 000 mg/l. Používá se zejména pro odpadní vody, ale je vhodná také pro analýzu přírodních vod. Pro hodnoty biochemické spotřeby kyslíku vyšší než 6 000 mg/l je tato metoda stále ještě použitelná, ale musí se brát v úvahu chyby vyvolané v důsledku ředění. Získané údaje jsou výsledkem kombinace biochemických a chemických reakcí v přítomnosti živé hmoty, které mají pouze omezenou reprodukovatelnost. Výsledky nejsou tak přesné a jednoznačné, jak by tomu bylo například u jednoduchého a dobře definovaného chemického procesu. Přesto však jde o údaj, podle kterého lze hodnotit kvalitu vody. . .

ČSN EN ISO 21253-2 This document specifies the criteria for developing an in-house mass spectrometry-based method for quantitative analysis of multiple subgroups of organic substances in the scope of physical-chemical analysis of water. This document supplements ISO/TS 13530 which provides guidance on the initial characterization of the measurement performances, by providing details to select the test matrix and internal standards and criteria for analyte and internal standard recoveries. This document is not intended as a substitute for the currently applicable analytical standards dedicated to organic compounds but as a resource bringing additional characterization elements.

ČSN ISO 20761 Tento dokument popisuje ukazatele a metody hodnocení bezpečnosti opětovného využití vody a přijatelnosti veřejností pro uživatele, kteří navrhují, provozují a/nebo kontrolují projekty nebo činnosti pro opětovné využití vody v městských oblastech. Tento dokument se může používat v různých fázích projektů pro opětovné využití nepitné vody, například při navrhování, provozu a zpětném hodnocení. Tento dokument je použitelný pro opětovné využití nepitné vody v městských oblastech v případech, kdy je recyklovaná voda vyrobena z městských odpadních vod. Zdroje odpadních vod mohou také zahrnovat omezené množství průmyslových odpadních vod. Ačkoli některé společnosti začínají opětovně využívat pitnou vodu, aby pokryly potřebu vody, diskuze o hodnocení bezpečnosti opětovného využití pitné vody není předmětem tohoto dokumentu.

ČSN EN ISO 21416 This document specifies requirements for service providers with regard to responsible practices for the provision of their services. This document applies, but is not limited, to recreational-diving-related activities, for example: scuba diving, snorkelling, free diving (breath hold diving). Further, this document provides guidance to all stakeholders involved in recreational-diving-related activities on best practice to minimize negative impact on the aquatic environment and to optimize positive outcomes. NOTE - In this document the term "aquatic" refers to all bodies of water. This document helps stakeholders to identify and compare service providers who follow environmental best practice.

ČSN EN ISO 23611-3 This document specifies a method for sampling, handling and extracting enchytraeids from terrestrial field soils as a prerequisite for using these animals as bioindicators (e.g. to assess the quality of a soil as a habitat for organisms). Basic information on the ecology of enchytraeids and their use as bioindicators in the terrestrial environment is included in the Bibliography. This document applies to all terrestrial biotopes in which enchytraeids occur. The sampling design of field studies in general is given in ISO 18400-101. These details can vary according to the climatic/regional conditions of the site to be sampled and an overview on the determination of effects of pollutants on enchytraeids in field situations is given in Reference [6]. Methods for some other soil organism groups such as earthworms or arthropods are given in ISO 23611-1, ISO 23611-2, ISO 23611-4 and ISO 23611-5. This document is not applicable for very wet or flooded soils and might be difficult to use under extreme climatic or geographical conditions (e.g. in high mountains). When sampling soil invertebrates, it is highly recommendable to characterize the site (e.g. concerning soil properties, climate and land use). However, such a characterization is not covered by this document. ISO 10390, ISO 10694, ISO 11272, ISO 11274, ISO 11277, ISO 11461 and ISO 11465 are more suitable for measuring pH, particle size distribution, C/N ratio, organic carbon content and water-holding capacity.
