Ve výpočtech lze tepelné zóny považovat za tepelně propojené nebo nikoliv. Výpočtové metody byly vyvinuty pro výpočet základních energetických výkonů a potřeb energie, bez interakce se specifickými technickými systémy budovy, a pro výpočet pro systém specifických energetických výkonů a potřeb energie včetně interakce se specifickými systémy. Hodinové výpočtové postupy lze také použít jako základ pro výpočty při rozsáhlejších možnostech regulace systémů. Tento dokument platí pro budovy ve fázi navrhování, dokončené nové budovy a existující budovy ve fázi užívání.

    ČSN EN ISO 19904-1 This document provides requirements and guidance for the structural design and/or assessment of floating offshore platforms used by the petroleum and natural gas industries to support the following functions: - production; - storage and/or offloading; - drilling and production; - production, storage and offloading; - drilling, production, storage and offloading. NOTE 1 Floating offshore platforms are often referred to using a variety of abbreviations, e.g. FPS, FSU, FPSO (see Clauses 3 and 4), in accordance with their intended mission. NOTE 2 In this document, the term "floating structure", sometimes shortened to "structure", is used as a generic term to indicate the structural systems of any member of the classes of platforms defined above. NOTE 3 In some cases, floating platforms are designated as "early production platforms". This term relates merely to an asset development strategy. For the purposes of this document, the term "production" includes "early production". This document is not applicable to the structural systems of mobile offshore units (MOUs). These include, among others, the following: - floating structures intended primarily to perform drilling and/or well intervention operations (often referred to as MODUs), even when used for extended well test operations; - floating structures used for offshore construction operations (e.g. crane barges or pipelay barges), for temporary or permanent offshore living quarters (floatels), or for transport of equipment or products (e.g. transportation barges, cargo barges), for which structures reference is made to relevant recognized classification society (RCS) rules. This document is applicable to all possible life-cycle stages of the structures defined above, such as: - design, construction and installation of new structures, including requirements for inspection, integrity management and future removal, - structural integrity management covering inspection and assessment of structures in-service, and - conversion of structures for different use (e.g. a tanker converted to a production platform) or re use at different locations. The following types of floating structure are explicitly considered within the context of this document: a) ship-shaped structures and barges; b) semi-submersibles; c) spars; d) shallow-draught cylindrical structures. In addition to the structural types listed above, this document covers other floating platforms intended to perform the above functions, consisting of partially submerged buoyant hulls made up of any combination of plated and space frame components. These other structures can have a great range of variability in geometry and structural forms (e.g. tension leg platforms) and, therefore, can be only partly covered by the requirements of this document. In other cases, specific requirements stated in this document can be found not to apply to all or part of a structure under consideration. NOTE 4 Requirements for topsides structures are presented in ISO 19901-3. In the above cases, conformity with this document requires the design to be based upon its underpinning principles and to achieve a level of safety equivalent, or superior, to the level implicit in it. NOTE 5 The speed of evolution of offshore technology often far exceeds the pace at which the industry achieves substantial agreement on innovation in structural concepts, structural shapes or forms, structural components and associated analysis and design practices, which are continuously refined and enhanced. On the other hand, International Standards can only capture explicit industry consensus, which requires maturation and acceptance of new ideas. Consequently, advanced structural concepts can, in some cases, only be partly covered by the requirements of this document. This document is applicable to steel floating structures. The principles documented herein are, however, considered to be generally applicable to structures fabricated in materials other than steel.

    ČSN ETSI EN 300 392-7 V3.5.1 The present document defines the Terrestrial Trunked Radio system (TETRA) supporting Voice plus Data (V+D). It specifies the air interface, the inter-working between TETRA systems and to other systems via gateways, the terminal equipment interface on the mobile station, the connection of line stations to the infrastructure, the security aspects in TETRA networks, the management services offered to the operator, the performance objectives, and the supplementary services that come in addition to the basic and teleservices. The present part describes the security mechanisms in TETRA V+D. It provides mechanisms for confidentiality of control signalling and user speech and data at the air interface, authentication and key management mechanisms for the air interface and for the Inter-System Interface (ISI). Clause 4 describes the authentication and key management mechanisms for the TETRA air interface. The following two authentication services have been specified for the air-interface in ETSI ETR 086-3 [i.3], based on a threat analysis: - authentication of an MS by the TETRA infrastructure; - authentication of the TETRA infrastructure by an MS. Clause 5 describes the mechanisms and protocol for enable and disable of both the mobile station equipment and the mobile station user's subscription. Air interface encryption may be provided as an option in TETRA. Where employed, clause 6 describes the confidentiality mechanisms using encryption on the air interface, for circuit mode speech, circuit mode data, packet data and control information. Clause 6 describes both encryption mechanisms and mobility procedures. It also details the protocol concerning control of encryption at the air interface. The present document does not address the detail handling of protocol errors or any protocol mechanisms when TETRA is operating in a degraded mode. These issues are implementation specific and therefore fall outside the scope of the TETRA standardization effort. The detail description of the Authentication Centre is outside the scope of the present document.

SI data for automatic configuration is mostly specified within ISO/IEC 13818 1 [15] as Program Specific Information (PSI). The present document specifies additional data which complements the PSI by providing data to aid automatic tuning of IRDs, and additional information intended for display to the user. The manner of presentation of the information is not specified in the present document, and IRD manufacturers have freedom to choose appropriate presentation methods. It is expected that Electronic Programme Guides (EPGs) will be a feature of Digital TV transmissions. The definition of an EPG is outside the scope of the present document (i.e. the SI specification), but the data contained within the SI specified in the present document may be used as the basis for an EPG. Rules of operation for the implementation of the present document are specified in ETSI TS 101 211 [i.1].

    ČSN EN 12845+A1 (38 9211) This European Standard specifies requirements and gives recommendations for the design, installation and maintenance of fixed fire sprinkler systems in buildings and industrial plants, and particular requirements for sprinkler systems that are integral to measures for the protection of life. This European Standard covers only the types of sprinkler specified in EN 12259-1 (see Annex L). The requirements and recommendations of this European Standard are also applicable to any addition, extension, repair or other modification to a sprinkler system. They are not applicable to water spray or deluge systems. It covers the classification of hazards, provision of water supplies, components to be used, installation and testing of the system, maintenance, and the extension of existing systems, and identifies construction details of buildings which are the minimum necessary for satisfactory performance of sprinkler systems complying with this European Standard. This European Standard does not cover water supplies to systems other than sprinklers. Its requirements can be used as guidance for other fixed firefighting extinguishing systems, provided that any specific requirements for other firefighting extinguishing supplies are taken into account. This European Standard is intended for use by those concerned with purchasing, designing, installing, testing, inspecting, approving, operating and maintaining automatic sprinkler systems, in order that such equipment will function as intended throughout its life. This European Standard is intended only for fixed fire sprinkler systems in buildings and other premises on land. Although the general principles might well apply to other uses (e.g. maritime use). For these other uses additional considerations should be taken into account. The requirements are not valid for automatic sprinkler systems on ships, in aircraft, on vehicles and mobile fire appliances or for below ground systems in the mining industry. Sprinkler system design deviations might be allowed when such deviations have been shown to provide a level of protection at least equivalent to this European Standard, for example by means of full-scale fire testing where appropriate, and where the design criteria have been fully documented.

    ČSN ETSI EN 300 175-8 V2.8.1 The present document is one of the parts of the specification of the Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications (DECT) Common Interface (CI). This part of the DECT CI specifies the speech and audio coding and transmission requirements. In order to ensure satisfactory interworking of different portable and fixed units, it is necessary to specify the transmission performance of the analog information over the digital link. This requires not only use of a common speech algorithm, but also standardization of frequency responses, reference speech levels (or loudness) at the air interface and various other parameters. The present document applies to DECT equipment which includes all the necessary functions to provide real time two way speech conversation and stereo audio transmission. Several speech services are defined in the present document, including conventional 3,1 kHz telephony, wideband 7 kHz voice transmission, super-wideband 14 kHz and fullband 20 kHz service. DECT Fixed part providing such services may be connected to the public circuit switched (PSTN/ISDN) network, to private networks or to the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) network. Tethered fixed point local loop applications are not required to comply with the requirements of the present document. For the DECT systems which connect to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) via an analog interface, the additional requirements, which are implemented in the FP, have as much as possible been aligned with ETSI TBR 038 [29]. A summary of the control and the use of the DECT echo control functions, to guide on need for options to manufacturers and installers, is found in annex A. Information concerning test methods can be found in ETSI EN 300 176-1 [9] and ETSI EN 300 176-2 [10] (previously covered by ETSI TBR 010 [i.5]). The test methods take into account that DECT is a digital system. The present document includes New Generation DECT, a further development of the DECT standard introducing wideband speech, improved data services, new slot types and other technical enhancements. In addition, the present document includes DECT Evolution, providing SWB and FB speech and audio capabilities and a new speech coding algorithm for NB and WB allowing to increase the audio quality of the NB and WB speech service and improve bandwidth efficiency.

The TETRA V+D interworking - basic operation part defines the interworking between TETRA networks over the corresponding interface: the Inter-System Interface (ISI). It comprises the following sub-parts: - Transport Layer Independent Specification ISI general design [2]; - General Design, PSS1 over E.1 [i.7]; - General Design, SIP/IP [i.8]; - Transport Layer Independent Additional Network Feature - ISI Individual Call (ANF-ISIIC) [3]; - Transport Layer Independent Additional Network Feature Group Call (ANF-ISIGC) (the present document); - Transport Layer Independent Additional Network Feature Short Data service (ANF-ISISD) [i.9]; - Transport Layer Independent Additional Network Feature Mobility Management (ANF-ISIMM) [4]; - Generic Speech Format Implementation [i.10]. The present document is the ANF-ISIGC sub-part 3-13.
