ČSN EN ISO 15118-9 Silniční vozidla - Komunikační rozhraní vozidla s rozvodnou sítí - Část 9: Zkouška shody fyzické a datové vrstvy pro bezdrátovou komunikaci
Obsah
ČSN EN ISO 15118-9 This document specifies requirements for the attachment of part-turn actuators, with or without This document specifies conformance tests in the form of an abstract test suite (ATS) for a system under test (SUT) implementing an electric-vehicle or supply-equipment communication controller (EVCC or SECC) with support for WLAN-based high-level communication (HLC) according to ISO 15118-8 and against the background of ISO 15118-1. These conformance tests specify the testing of capabilities and behaviours of an SUT, as well as checking what is observed against the conformance requirements specified in ISO 15118-8 and against what the implementer states the SUT implementation's capabilities are. The capability tests within the ATS check that the observable capabilities of the SUT are in accordance with the static conformance requirements defined in ISO 15118-8. The behaviour tests of the ATS examine an implementation as thoroughly as practical over the full range of dynamic conformance requirements defined in ISO 15118-8 and within the capabilities of the SUT (see NOTE below). A test architecture is described in correspondence to the ATS. The abstract test cases in this document are described leveraging this test architecture and are specified in descriptive tabular format for the ISO/OSI physical and data link layers (layers 1 and 2). In terms of coverage, this document only covers normative sections and requirements in ISO 15118-8. This document can additionally refer to specific tests for requirements on referenced standards (e.g. IEEE, or industry consortia standards, like WiFi Alliance) as long as they are relevant in terms of conformance for implementations according to ISO 15118-8. However, it is explicitly not intended to widen the scope of this conformance specification to such external standards, if it is not technically necessary for the purpose of conformance testing for ISO 15118-8. Furthermore, the conformance tests specified in this document do not include the assessment of performance nor robustness or reliability of an implementation. They cannot provide judgments on the physical realization of abstract service primitives, how a system is implemented, how it provides any requested service, nor the environment of the protocol implementation. Furthermore, the abstract test cases defined in this document only consider the communication protocol and the system's behaviour defined ISO 15118-8. The power flow between the EVSE and the EV is not considered. NOTE - Practical limitations make it impossible to define an exhaustive test suite, and economic considerations can restrict testing even further. Hence, the purpose of this document is to increase the probability that different implementations are able to interwork. This is achieved by verifying them by means of a protocol test suite, thereby increasing the confidence that each implementation conforms to the protocol specification. However, the specified protocol test suite cannot guarantee conformance to the specification since it detects errors rather than their absence. Thus, conformance to a test suite alone cannot guarantee interworking. Instead, it gives confidence that an implementation has the required capabilities and that its behaviour conforms consistently in representative instances of communication.

ČSN EN 16637-2 Stavební výrobky - Posuzování uvolňování nebezpečných látek - Část 2: Horizontální dynamická zkouška vyluhováním z povrchu
Obsah
ČSN EN 16637-2 This document specifies a dynamic surface leaching test (DSLT) which is aimed at determining the release per unit surface area as a function of time of inorganic and/or non-volatile organic substances from a monolithic, plate- or sheet-like product, when it is put into contact with an aqueous solution (leachant). The test method is not suitable for substances that are volatile under ambient conditions. This test is a parameter specific test focusing on identifying and specifying parameter specific properties tested under specified conditions. It is not aimed at simulating real situations. The application of results to specific intended conditions of use can be established by means of modelling (not included in this document). The test method applies to more or less regularly shaped test portions consisting of monolithic test pieces with minimum dimensions of 40 mm in all directions [volume > 64 000 mm3 (64 cm3)]. It also applies to plate- or sheet-like products with surface areas of minimum 10 000 mm2 (100 cm2) exposed to the leachant. Products designed to drain water (e.g. draining tiles, porous asphalt) and monolithic granular products according to EN 16637-1:2023, Table 1, are also tested by this test method. All products to be tested are assumed to maintain their integrity over a time frame relevant for the considered intended use. The modification for granular construction products with low hydraulic conductivity (Annex A) applies for granular particles with so little drainage capacity between the grains that percolation in percolation tests and in practice is nearly impossible. Metals, metallic coatings and organic coatings on metals are excluded from the scope of this document because the principles of this test (diffusion) are not obeyed by these products. Guidance on the need for testing of these products is under consideration. For some coatings (e.g. some renders with organic binders according to EN 15824 [9]) in intermittent contact with water, physical and chemical properties might be changed in permanent contact with water. For these products, this document is not appropriate. Guidance on the applicability of the test method to a given product is outlined in EN 16637-1.

ČSN EN 16637-3 Stavební výrobky - Posuzování uvolňování nebezpečných látek - Část 3: Horizontální perkolační zkouška směrem nahoru
Obsah
ČSN EN 16637-3 This document specifies an up-flow percolation test (PT) which is applicable to determine the leaching behaviour of inorganic and non-volatile organic substances from granular construction products. The test is not suitable for substances that are volatile under ambient conditions. The construction products are subjected to percolation with water as a function of liquid to solid ratio under specified percolation conditions. The method is a once-through column leaching test. This up-flow percolation test is performed under specified test conditions for construction products and does not necessarily produce results that mimic specific intended use conditions. This test method produces eluates, which can subsequently be characterized by physical, chemical and ecotoxicological methods according to existing standard methods. The results of eluate analysis are presented as a function of the liquid/solid ratio. The test results enable the distinction between different leaching behaviour. In this document the same test conditions as for EN 17516 (CEN/TC 444/WG 1) are applied in order to allow full comparability of testing construction products and waste derived construction products to avoid double testing. The EN 17516 test results are eligible in the context of testing construction products as well.

ČSN EN ISO 52016-3 Energetická náročnost budov - Potřeba energie na vytápění a chlazení, vnitřní teploty a citelné a latentní tepelné výkony - Část 3: Výpočtové postupy pro adaptivní prvky obálky budov
Obsah
ČSN EN ISO 52016-3 (73 0336) This document specifies procedures for the calculation of the energy needs for heating and cooling, internal temperatures and sensible and latent heat loads of a building according to the hourly calculation methodology in ISO 52016-1. Additions or modifications of the calculations are provided in this document if the building envelope contains one or more adaptive building envelope elements (building envelope elements with adaptive components that are either environmentally or actively controlled as a function of specific conditions). The adaptive building envelope element replaces the transparent building element in the calculation according to ISO 52016-1. The three types of adaptive building envelope elements covered in this document are: - building envelope elements with dynamic solar shading; - building envelope elements with chromogenic glazing; - building envelope elements with an actively ventilated cavity. Environmentally activated control is described for building envelope elements with chromogenic glazing, but can also occur for other types of adaptive building envelope elements. In that case the same approach applies as for environmentally activated chromogenic glazing. This document is applicable to the assessment of the energy performance of buildings (EPB) (energy performance labels and certificates), including comparison between buildings and checking conformity with minimum energy performance criteria. It is also applicable to assess the contribution of the adaptive building envelope element to the smart readiness of a building. In addition, this document provides indicators for the impact of the adaptive building envelope element on the performance of the building compared to a reference building envelope element. It is applicable to buildings at the design stage, to new buildings after construction and to existing buildings in the use phase. This document is not applicable to geometrically complex adaptive building envelope elements that can only be modelled as multiple coupled thermal zones. NOTE - The background to the selection of adaptive building envelope elements is given in ISO/TR 52016-4.
