ČSN ETSI EN 319 411-1 V1.5.1 The present document specifies generally applicable policy and security requirements for Trust Service Providers (TSPs) issuing public key certificates, including trusted web site certificates. The policy and security requirements are defined in terms of requirements for the issuance, maintenance and life-cycle management of certificates. These policy and security requirements support several reference certificate policies, defined in clauses 4 and 5. A framework for the definition of policy requirements for TSPs issuing certificates in a specific context where particular requirements apply is defined in clause 7. The present document covers requirements for CA hierarchies, however this is limited to supporting the policies as specified in the present document. It does not include requirements for root CAs and intermediate CAs for other purposes. The present document is applicable to: - the general requirements of certification in support of cryptographic mechanisms, including digital signatures for electronic signatures and seals; - the general requirements of certification authorities issuing TLS/SSL certificates; - the general requirements of the use of cryptography for authentication and encryption. The present document does not specify how the requirements identified can be assessed by an independent party, including requirements for information to be made available to such independent assessors, or requirements on such assessors. NOTE - See ETSI EN 319 403 [i.2] for guidance on assessment of TSP's processes and services. The present document references ETSI EN 319 401 [9] for general policy requirements common to all classes of TSP's services. The present document includes provisions consistent with the requirements from the CA/Browser Forum in EVCG [4] and BRG [6].

ČSN ETSI EN 302 480 V3.1.1 The present document specifies technical characteristics and methods of measurement for the following equipment types (which are parts of a Mobile Communication On Board Aircraft system): 1) The Onboard Base Transceiver Station (OBTS) supporting GSM and/or UMTS, and/or LTE, and/or NR communication protocols including specific functions for restricting the transmit power of the MSs or UEs, associated with the OBTS. 2) The Network Control Unit (NCU) preventing direct connection of the onboard mobile terminals with mobile networks on the ground by raising the noise floor in the cabin. The OBTSs are capable of operating in all or any part of the frequency bands given in table 1-1. The NCU is capable of operating in the frequency bands given in table 1-2. The present document applies only to radio equipment using a transmitting antenna that forms part of the MCOBA system. It applies to equipment for continuous and discontinuous transmission of data and digital speech. Within the European Union, the Commission Decisions determine the operational requirements and applicability of the OBTS and NCU. This includes EC Decision 2013/654 [i.3], EC Decision 2016/2317/EU [i.4], which was updated for UMTS, LTE and changed NCU frequency bands, and EC Decision 2022/2324/EU [i.12], updated for 5G NR and further changes to NCU requirements. The present document contains requirements to ensure that such Radio equipment both effectively uses and supports the efficient use of radio spectrum in order to avoid harmful interference. The present document does not cover equipment compliance with relevant civil aviation regulations. In this respect, a MCOBA system, for its installation and operation on board an aircraft, is subject to additional national or international civil aviation airworthiness certification requirements, for example, to EUROCAE ED-14G [i.7]. NOTE - The relationship between the present document and the essential requirements of article 3.2 of Directive 2014/53/EU [i.1] is given in annex A.

ČSN EN 12586 ed. 2 This document specifies safety requirements relating to materials, construction, performance, packaging and labelling of soother holders. NOTE 1 - See B.1. It includes test methods for the mechanical and chemical requirements specified. This document covers products for children from birth to 36 months of age, alike the soothers to which these items are connected to. This document is intended to provide safety requirements for soother holders. All products that allow the attachment of a soother intended for babies and young children to any other object are included in the scope. The soother holder has a holding device at one end for the soother, a garment fastener that attaches to any other product, e.g. the child's garment and a connecting device linking these parts. The safety requirements of products that a soother holder attaches to are not considered in this standard. Where a soother holder is considered to have significant play value, the soother holder is expected to meet the safety requirements for toys as stated in the Toy Directive 2009/48/EC [6] in addition to those in this document. NOTE 2 - See B.2.

ČSN EN IEC 60721-2-2 ed. 2 Tato norma uvádí základní vlastnosti, charakteristické veličiny a klasifikace podmínek prostředí závislých na srážkách a větru, které se týkají elektrotechnických výrobků. Informace uvedené v tomto dokumentu se mají používat jako základní materiál při výběru vhodných stupňů přísnosti parametrů, které se vztahují ke srážkám a větru při použití výrobků. Pro účely tohoto dokumentu se za srážky považují všechny formy hydrometeorů, jak kapalné, tak pevné, které se volně vyskytují v atmosféře a dosahují zemského povrchu. Jsou zde samostatně popsány různé formy hydrometeorů, a to v rámci běžněji uváděných meteorologických jevů, jako jsou déšť, sníh a kroupy. Samostatně jsou popsány také podmínky námrazy, avšak pouze ty, které se vyskytují na úrovni zemského povrchu. Tento dokument se samostatně věnuje klimatické podmínce větru a poskytuje metodiky a kvantitativní informace, které umožňují odhadnout sílu a četnost větru po celém světě.

ČSN EN ISO 14912 This document defines the following quantities commonly used to express the composition of gas mixtures: - amount fraction and concentration; - mass fraction and concentration; - volume fraction and concentration. For these quantities of composition, this document specifies methods for: - conversion between different quantities; - conversion between different state conditions. Conversion between different quantities means calculating the value of the content of a specified component in terms of one of the quantities listed above from the value of the same content, at the same pressure and temperature of the gas mixture, given in terms of another of these quantities. Conversion between different state conditions means calculating the value of the content of a specified component, in terms of one of the quantities listed above, under one set of state conditions from the value of the same quantity under another set of state conditions, i.e., pressure and temperature, of the gas mixture. Gas mixture composition can be converted simultaneously between different quantities of composition and different state conditions by combination of the two types of conversion. This document is applicable only to homogeneous and stable gas mixtures. Therefore, any state conditions (pressure and temperature) considered need to be well outside the condensation region of the gas mixture. In addition, volume concentrations can only be used if the component under consideration is completely gaseous, and for the use of volume fractions, all components need to be completely gaseous. Further restrictions of state conditions apply for approximations of compression factors using virial coefficients (see Annex A).

ČSN EN ISO 17419 This document: - describes and specifies globally unique addresses and identifiers (ITS-S object identifiers) that are both internal and external to ITS stations and are used for ITS station management; - describes how ITS-S object identifiers and related technical parameters are used for classification, registration and management of ITS applications and ITS application classes; - describes how ITS-S object identifiers are used in the ITS communication protocol stack; - introduces an organizational framework for registration and management of ITS-S objects; - defines and specifies management procedures at a high functional level; - specifies an ASN.1 module for the identifiers, addresses and registry records identified in this document; and - specifies an ASN.1 module for a C-ITS data dictionary containing ASN.1 type definitions of general interest. ČSN EN 12209 Tento dokument specifikuje vlastnosti výrobků a zkušební metody mechanicky ovládaných zámků a jejich zapadacích plechů. Tento dokument se vztahuje na mechanicky ovládané zámky a jejich zapadací plechy, které jsou buď vyrobeny a uvedeny na trh jako celek jedním výrobcem nebo sestaveny z podsestav vyrobených více než jedním výrobcem a navržených pro použití v kombinaci. Tento dokument nezahrnuje posouzení příspěvku konkrétních sestav výrobku k požární odolnosti a/nebo kouřotěsnosti dveřních sestav. Tento dokument neplatí pro mechanické/elektromechanické cylindrické vložky, kliky, zámky na okna, visací zámky, zámky pro trezory, nábytkové zámky nebo vězeňské zámky. Tento dokument nespecifikuje mechanicky ovládané vícebodové zámky a jejich zapadací plechy, které jsou specifikovány v EN 15685.

ČSN EN ISO 27913 This document specifies the requirements and recommendations for the transportation of CO2 streams from the capture site to the storage facility where it is primarily stored in a geological formation or used for other purposes (e.g. for enhanced oil recovery or CO2 use). This document applies to the transportation of CO2 streams by - rigid metallic pipelines, - pipeline systems, - onshore and offshore pipelines for the transportation of CO2 streams, - conversion of existing pipelines for the transportation of CO2 streams, and - transportation of CO2 streams in the gaseous and dense phases. This document also includes aspects of CO2 stream quality assurance, as well as converging CO2 streams from different sources. Health, safety and environment aspects specific to CO2 transport and monitoring are also considered in this document. Transportation of CO2 via ship, rail or on road is not covered in this document.

ČSN EN ISO 19178-1 Within the context of training data for Earth Observation (EO) Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning (AI/ML), this document specifies a conceptual model that: - establishes a UML model with a target of maximizing the interoperability and usability of EO imagery training data; - specifies different AI/ML tasks and labels in EO in terms of supervised learning, including scene level, object level and pixel level tasks; - describes the permanent identifier, version, licence, training data size, measurement or imagery used for annotation; - specifies a description of quality (e.g. training data errors, training data representativeness, quality measures) and provenance (e.g. agents who perform the labelling, labelling procedure).

ČSN EN IEC 63366 This document defines product category rules (PCR) for electrical and electronic products and systems (EEPS) to develop Type III environmental declarations for electrical and electronic products and systems (EEPS). It specifies the process and requirements on how to conduct life cycle assessment (LCA) in the context of environmental declarations. This document provides common rules for: a) LCA, including the requirements for developing default scenarios; b) the LCA report; c) the development of PSR. This document provides further guidelines for environmental declarations. The LCA principles and framework are based on ISO 14040 and ISO 14044, and are therefore out of scope of this document. PCR is complemented by additional product-specific rules (PSR), which further define, for example, functional units and default scenarios in the product-specific context. Therefore, this document also provides guidance on how to develop PSR in corresponding technical committees. This document has the status of a horizontal publication in accordance with IEC Guide 108. In accordance with IEC Guide 108, this generic essential horizontal standard is intended for use by product committees as a starting point in preparing PSR standards. Specific requirements developed by product committees in PSR standard take precedence over requirements in this standard. When there is no PSR available in a product committee, this generic essential horizontal standard could be applied by LCA practitioners with recorded complementary specifications.
