ČSN EN 17049 This European Standard specifies a high performance liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for the identification of tylosin, spiramycin, virginiamycin, carbadox and olaquindox in animal feeds. The method is suitable for the identification of low concentrations of tylosin, spiramycin, virginiamycin, carbadox and olaquindox in compound animal feeds. A limit of identification of 1 mg/kg for tylosin, spiramycin and virginiamycin, 4 mg/kg for carbadox and 3 mg/kg for olaquindox should be obtained by using the described method. The method was fully validated during a collaborative study (see Annex A). Since tylosin, spiramycin and virginiamycin are fermentation products consisting of a mixture of several closely related compounds, the analysis is based on detection and identification of the most abundant constituents. For tylosin the marker is tylosin A, for spiramycin the marker is spiramycin I and II and for virginiamycin the marker is virginiamycin M1 and S1. The other isomers and forms can be readily detected with the same method but adjustment of the MS parameters according to the molecular mass of precursor and product ions need to be made. Carbadox and olaquindox are analysed as such.

ČSN EN 1309-3 This European Standard specifies the methodology for measurement of features - in relation to wood structure, biological agencies and other damage - taken into account in the visual grading: a) for appearance - of sawn, processed and round timber; b) for serviceability - of sawn and processed timber (identified in EN 1611-1 as the integrity of the timber). When the standard is applied the methodology of measurement used shall be stated. It is not applicable to structural timber for which strength grading in accordance with EN 14081-1 is required. This standard applies to hardwood and softwood sawn timber, both square edged and un-edged, to processed timber and to round timber. It does not apply to tropical timber.

ČSN EN ISO 10399 This document specifies a procedure for determining whether a perceptible sensory difference or similarity exists between samples of two products. The method is a forced-choice procedure. The method is applicable whether a difference exists in a single sensory attribute or in several attributes. The method is statistically less efficient than the triangle test (described in ISO 4120) but is easier to perform by the assessors. The method is applicable even when the nature of the difference is unknown (i.e. it determines neither the size nor the direction of difference between samples, nor is there any indication of the attribute(s) responsible for the difference). The method is applicable only if the products are fairly homogeneous. The method is effective for a) determining that 1) either a perceptible difference results (duo-trio testing for difference), or 2) a perceptible difference does not result (duo-trio testing for similarity) when, for example, a change is made in ingredients, processing, packaging, handling or storage, and b) for selecting, training and monitoring assessors. Two forms of the method are described: - the constant-reference technique, used when one product is familiar to the assessors (e.g. a sample from regular production); - the balanced-reference technique, used when one product is not more familiar than the other.

ČSN EN ISO 20029-2 This document specifies the methods of preparation of test specimens and the standard test methods to be used in determining the properties of thermoplastic polyester/ester and polyether/ester elastomer moulding and extrusion materials. Requirements for handling test material and/or conditioning both the test material before moulding and the specimens before testing are given. Procedures and conditions for the preparation of test specimens in a specified state and procedures for measuring properties of the materials from which these specimens are made are given. Properties and test methods which are suitable and necessary to characterize thermoplastic polyester/ester and polyether/ester moulding and extrusion materials are listed. The properties have been selected from the general test methods in ISO 10350-1. Other test methods in wide use for or of particular significance to these moulding and extrusion materials are also included in this document, as are the designatory properties specified in ISO 20029-1 (hardness, melting temperature and tensile/flexural modulus). In order to obtain reproducible and comparable test results, it is intended to use the methods of preparation and conditioning, the specimen dimensions and the test procedures specified in this document. Values determined will not necessarily be identical to those obtained using specimens of different dimensions or prepared using different procedures. This document has been developed on the basis of ISO 10350-1, as at the moment, no standard exists for the acquisition and presentation of comparable single-point data for thermoplastic elastomers. After publication of this document and the analogous document for polyurethanes (ISO 16365-2), it is the intention to develop ISO 10350-3 for the acquisition and presentation of comparable single-point data for thermoplastic elastomers, based on this document and ISO 16365-2, as the basis for the development of thermoplastic-elastomer material standards.

ČSN EN ISO 12354-3 Tento dokument stanovuje výpočetní model určený k odhadu neprůzvučnosti nebo rozdílu hladin akustického tlaku pro obvodový plášť nebo jiný vnější plášť budovy. Výpočet je založen na neprůzvučnostech různých prvků, z nichž je obvodový plášť složen, a zahrnuje přímý a boční přenos. Výpočet poskytuje výsledky přibližně odpovídající výsledkům měření v budovách podle ISO 16283-3. Výpočty lze provést v kmitočtových pásmech nebo jako jednočíselné hodnocení. Výsledky výpočtu jsou též použitelné k výpočtu vnitřní hladiny akustického tlaku vyvolané například silniční dopravou (viz příloha E). Tento dokument popisuje principy výpočetního modelu, uvádí důležité veličiny a stanovuje jeho použití a omezení.

ČSN EN ISO 18311 This International Standard specifies a technique for determining the effects of anthropogenic impacts (e.g. substances) in the context of the prevailing environmental conditions on the feeding activity of soil organisms in the field. In addition, the use of this method for monitoring the biological quality of soil is described (see Annex A). The breakdown of organic matter by soil invertebrates and microorganisms is a crucial process that determines important soil functions such as nutrient availability for plants and the maintenance of soil fertility. In addition, decomposing plant litter provides habitats and food for a wide range of organisms, thus supporting biodiversity and ecosystem services [33][34]. This International Standard is applicable to all soils in which soil organisms are active. The use of the bait-lamina test is independent from whether there is a litter layer or not. The sampling design of field studies in general is specified in ISO 23611 6 (see also Reference [20]). The design can vary according to the aim of the study as well as conditions (e.g. soil properties, contamination, etc.) of the site to be investigated. This International Standard is not applicable for semi-terrestrial or very shallow soils. It can be difficult to use it under extreme climatic or geographical conditions (e.g. in high mountains).

ČSN EN ISO 20486 Tento dokument specifikuje kalibraci takových netěsností, které se používají k seřízení hledačů netěsností pro určení velikosti netěsnosti v každodenním použití. Jedním typem kalibrační metody je porovnání s referenční netěsností. V tomto případě se netěsnosti používané k rutinnímu používání stávají návaznými na primárnímu standard. V jiných kalibračních metodách bývá hodnota tlaku par měřena přímo nebo vypočítaná pomocí známého objemu. Porovnávací metody jsou přednostně používané u heliových netěsností, protože tento zkušební plyn může být měřen selektivně detektorem netěsnosti na principu hmotnostního spektrometru (MSLD). Kalibrace porovnáním se známými referenčními netěsnostmi je vhodná pro netěsností se zásobníkem a velikostí netěsnosti pod 10-7 Pa m3/s.

ČSN EN ISO 17781 This document specifies quality control testing methods and test conditions for the characterization of microstructure in relation to relevant properties in ferritic/austenitic (duplex) stainless steel components supplied in the solution annealed condition and fabrication welds in the as welded condition. This document supplements the relevant product and fabrication standards with respect to destructive testing methods including sampling of test specimens, test conditions and test acceptance criteria to show freedom from deleterious intermetallic phases and precipitates in duplex stainless steels. In addition, this document specifies the documentation of testing and test results by the testing laboratory. NOTE 1: This document is based upon experience with duplex stainless steels in offshore oil and gas industry applications including topside and subsea hydrocarbon service, sea water service, as well as structural use. NOTE 2: The austenite spacing is relevant to the susceptibility of duplex stainless steels to hydrogen-induced stress cracking (HISC) in subsea applications where cathodic protection is applied. This falls outside the scope of this document. Reference is made to DNV/GL RP-F112[4].
