These policy and security requirements support reference certificate policies for the issuance, maintenance and life-cycle management of EU qualified certificates issued to natural persons (including natural persons associated with a legal person or a website) and to legal persons (including legal persons associated with a website), respectively. The present document does not specify how the requirements identified can be assessed by an independent party, including requirements for information to be made available to such independent assessors, or requirements on such assessors. NOTE - See ETSI EN 319 403 [i.6] for guidance on assessment of TSP's processes and services. The present document references ETSI EN 319 411-1 [2] for general requirements on TSP issuing certificates.

ČSN EN 50342-6 ed. 2 This document is applicable to lead-acid batteries with a nominal voltage of 12 V, used primarily as power source for the starting of internal combustion engines (ICE), lighting and also for auxiliary equipment of ICE vehicles. These batteries are commonly called "starter batteries". Batteries with a nominal voltage of 6 V are also included in the scope of this document. All referenced voltages need to be divided by two for 6 V batteries. The batteries under the scope of this document are used for micro-cycle applications in vehicles which can also be called Start-Stop (or Stop-Start, idling-stop system, micro-hybrid or idle-stop-and-go) applications. In cars with this special capability, the internal combustion engine is switched off during a complete vehicle stop, during idling with low speed or during idling without the need of supporting the vehicle movement by the internal combustion engine. During the phases in which the engine is switched off, most of the electric and electronic components of the car need to be supplied by the battery without support of the alternator. In addition, in most cases an additional regenerative braking (recuperation or regeneration of braking energy) function is installed. The batteries under these applications are stressed in a completely different way compared to classical starter batteries. Aside of these additional properties, those batteries need to crank the ICE and support the lighting and also auxiliary functions in a standard operating mode with support of the alternator when the internal combustion engine is switched on. All batteries under this scope need to fulfil basic functions, which are tested under application of EN 50342-1:2015. This document is applicable to batteries for the following purposes: - Lead-acid batteries of the dimensions according to EN 50342-2 for vehicles with the capability to automatically switch off the ICE during vehicle operation either in standstill or moving ("Start-Stop"); - Lead-acid batteries of the dimensions according to EN 50342-2 for vehicles with Start-Stop applications with the capability to recover braking energy or energy from other sources. This document is not applicable to batteries for purposes other than mentioned above, but it is applicable to EFB delivered in dry-charged conditions according to EN 50342-1:2015, Clause 7.

ČSN EN ISO 1183-1 This document specifies three methods for the determination of the density of non-cellular plastics in the form of void-free moulded or extruded objects, as well as powders, flakes and granules. - Method A: Immersion method, for solid plastics (except for powders) in void-free form. - Method B: Liquid pycnometer method, for particles, powders, flakes, granules or small pieces of finished parts. - Method C: Titration method, for plastics in any void-free form. NOTE - Density is frequently used to follow variations in physical structure or composition of plastic materials. Density can also be useful in assessing the uniformity of samples or specimens. Often, the density of plastic materials depend upon the choice of specimen preparation method. When this is the case, precise details of the specimen preparation method are intended to be included in the appropriate material specification. This note is applicable to all three methods. Annex C provides further information for calculating the volume of the specimen used for the determination of the density in the case that method A (the immersion method) is applied.

ČSN EN 15991 This document specifies a method for the determination of the mass fractions of the elements Al, Ca, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Ni, Ti, V and Zr in powdered and granular silicon carbide. Dependent on element, emission lines, plasma conditions and sample mass, this test method is applicable for mass fractions of the above trace contaminations from about 0,1 mg/kg to about 1 000 mg/kg, after evaluation also from 0,001 mg/kg to about 5 000 mg/kg. After adequate verification, this document is also applicable to further metallic elements (excepting Rb and Cs) and some non-metallic contaminations (like P and S) and other allied non-metallic powdered or granular materials like carbides, nitrides, graphite, soot, coke, coal, and some other oxidic materials (see [1], [4], [5], [6], [7], [8], [9] and [10]).

ČSN EN 17990 This document specifies methods to determine the durability of bondings, prepared by means of adhesive materials (e.g. adhesive tapes and adhesive masses), for the establishment of airtight layers under climatic conditions representative for indoor environments based on test methods with and without ageing. The methods provided in this document require at least 120 days for aging and are therefore not suitable for a short time evaluation nor can they be applied to in-field testing. This document excludes test methods for external weathering or UV exposure, even though this might occur during the construction phase. The following typical applications are distinguished: - bonding of the overlap of flexible airtightness layers; - bonding of flexible airtightness layers to construction products and penetrations; - establishment of airtightness layers by means of sheet materials and adhesive tapes. This document does not apply to test methods for: - pre-compressed sealing tapes and sealing profiles which will be mechanically secured; - butyl-based adhesive tapes or adhesive masses; - sheet joints of wood-based panels or gypsum plasterboards with adhesive masses or filler systems; - bondings of bitumen membranes or of bitumen membranes to construction products; - bonding of self-adhesive membranes; - adhesive masses from reels. Adhesive masses from reels are cured viscoelastic adhesive masses, which are used in the same field of application as adhesive masses. The tack is not addressed. It does not allow any conclusion on the durability of a bonding.

Zahrnuje uspořádání neproměnných návěstidel a jejich rozhraní se stávajícími systémy (trať, uspořádání kabiny včetně rozhledových poměrů, viditelnost pro strojvedoucího a světlomety vlaku). ČSN ETSI EN 319 142-2 V1.2.1 The present document defines multiple profiles for PAdES digital signatures which are digital signatures embedded within a PDF file. The present document contains a profile for the use of PDF signatures, as described in ISO 32000-2 [1] and based on CMS digital signatures [i.6], that enables greater interoperability for PDF signatures by providing additional restrictions beyond those of ISO 32000-2 [1]. This first profile is not related to ETSI EN 319 142 1 [4]. The present document also contains a second set of profiles that extend the scope of the profile in ETSI EN 319 142 1 [4], while keeping some features that enhance interoperability of PAdES signatures. These profiles define three levels of PAdES extended signatures addressing incremental requirements to maintain the validity of the signatures over the long term, in a way that a certain level always addresses all the requirements addressed at levels that are below it. These PAdES extended signatures offer a higher degree of optionality than the PAdES baseline signatures specified in ETSI EN 319 142 1 [4]. The present document also defines a third profile for usage of an arbitrary XML document signed with XAdES signatures that is embedded within a PDF file. The profiles defined in the present document provide equivalent requirements to profiles found in ETSI TS 102 778 [i.10]. Procedures for creation, augmentation, and validation of PAdES digital signatures are out of scope and specified in ETSI EN 319 102-1 [i.11]. Guidance on creation, augmentation and validation of PAdES digital signatures including the usage of the different attributes is provided in ETSI TR 119 100 [i.9]. The present document does not repeat the base requirements of the referenced standards, but instead aims to maximize interoperability of digital signatures in various business areas.

ČSN ETSI EN 301 489-5 V2.3.1 The present document specifies the applicable test conditions, performance assessment and performance criteria technical characteristics, test methods and methods of measurement for the assessment of Private land Mobile Radio (PMR) and associated ancillary equipment, in respect of ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC). The present document covers both analogue and digital Private land Mobile Radio (PMR) equipment as well as Terrestrial Trunked Radio (TETRA). Technical specifications related to the antenna port and emissions from the enclosure port of the equipment are outside of the scope of the present document. Such technical specifications are found in the relevant product standards for the effective use of the radio spectrum, see Table 1. Emissions requirements in the present document are specified for frequencies above 9 kHz. NOTE 1 - The relationship between the present document and essential requirements of article 3.1(b) of Directive 2014/53/EU [i.1] is given in annex A. Technical specifications related to conducted emission EMC requirements below 9 kHz on the AC mains port of radio equipment are not included in the present document. NOTE 2 - Such technical specifications are normally found in the relevant product family standards for AC mains powered equipment (e.g. EN 61000-3-2 [i.12] and EN 61000-3-3 [i.13]). The environmental classification as per ETSI EN 301 489-1 [1] applies.
