ČSN EN ISO 17601 This document specifies the crucial steps of a quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) method to measure the abundance of selected microbial gene sequences from soil DNA extract. The number of microbial gene sequences quantified by qPCR provides an estimation of the abundance of selected microbial groups in soil.

ČSN EN 14056-1 This document is applicable to biology, chemistry and physics laboratories where research, preparative, analytical, process activities take place and which can involve work with hazardous substances, including higher education (college and university teaching and post-graduate research). This document does not cover the requirements of schools, i.e. precollege/pre-university (refer to EN 13150), or highly specialist laboratories which need very specific, bespoke solutions to enable them to function. This document specifies requirements for installation and design of laboratory benches, associated storage units, and for the provision and connection of services integral or delivered to the laboratory benches. This document gives guidelines for all parties involved in the planning, design, manufacture, installation, testing of a new laboratory or in the refurbishment of an existing laboratory. For safety storage cabinets for flammable liquids EN 14470-1 and for pressurized gas cylinders EN 14470-2 applies.

ČSN EN 71-14 ed. 2 This document specifies requirements and test methods for toy trampolines for domestic use, their access devices and their enclosures, intended for outdoor and/or indoor use by one person at a time. The scope of this document excludes: - inclined mat toy trampolines; - inflatable toy trampolines; - toy trampolines with additional features, e.g. tents, basketball hoop. NOTE - The document also does not apply to non-toy products such as - floating inflatable trampolines, covered by the EN ISO 25649 series; - trampolines used as gymnastic equipment, covered by EN 13219; - fitness trampolines, including trampolines for medical use; - trampolines used in public playgrounds, e.g. bouncing facilities according to EN 1176 1.

ČSN P CEN/TS 13387-1 This document contains the general safety philosophy and a guideline on safety assessment that experts are recommended to use when drafting standards. It also contains an Annex A with a collection of available anthropometric data and details of the abilities of children from birth to 48 months of age. The general safety philosophy given in this part is based on the principle that child care articles should be designed to be safe. Children with special needs have not been taken into account while drafting these guidelines. ISO/IEC Guide 71 can be consulted to ascertain any further requirements to address the hazards and risks associated with children with special needs. These guidelines do not cover all types of hazards and risks, such as inappropriate use of products, inadequate supervision of children and products used in a non-domestic situation. Attention is drawn to the importance of ensuring that all other potential hazards relevant to the product are fully addressed, e.g. hygiene, the effects of electrical power etc., where other safety standards can apply.

ČSN ISO 22578 Tento dokument specifikuje zásady, jimiž se řídí navrhování a užívání značek a plánů používaných k vytvoření naváděcího systému bezpečné evakuace při živelní pohromě, který lidem pomůže evakuovat se do bezpečných oblastí nebo míst útočišť v případě živelních pohrom (např. tsunami, záplavy, pohybující se suť, sesuvy nestabilního svahu, sesuvy půdy, tornáda, požáry velkého rozsahu, aktivní sopky). Tento dokument poskytuje návod pro výběr a použití bezpečnostních značek podle ISO 7010, veřejných informačních značek podle ISO 7001 a textů na značkách evakuačních tras, značkách míst útočišť a tabulích s evakuačním plánem ke sdělení informací týkajících se jedné nebo více konkrétních živelních pohrom. Dokument také poskytuje návody k návrhu, umístění, montážním polohám a údržbě komponentů naváděcího systému bezpečné evakuace při živelní pohromě. Tento dokument se nevztahuje na stanovení potřeby naváděcího systému bezpečné evakuace při živelní pohromě. Tento dokument předpokládá, že posouzení rizik nebo požadavky dozorového orgánu prokázaly potřebu těchto naváděcích systémů bezpečné evakuace při živelní pohromě. Tento dokument se nevztahuje na konkrétní nebezpečí silných větrů, sněhových lavin, zemětřesení nebo hurikánů, které způsobují živelní pohromy uvažované v tomto dokumentu. Tento dokument je použitelný pro zajištění bezpečné evakuace při živelní pohromě od vnější strany budov do bezpečných oblastí. ISO 16069 je použitelná pro zajištění bezpečného úniku k nouzovému východu (východům) v rámci budovy.

ČSN EN ISO 15614-2 Tato norma stanoví způsob, jak se předběžná specifikace postupu svařování (pWPS) kvalifikuje zkouškami postupu svařování. Tato norma se vztahuje na výrobní svařování, opravné svařování a návarové svařování. Tato norma definuje podmínky pro provádění zkoušek postupu svařování a rozsah kvalifikace pro postupy svařování pro všechny praktické svářečské operace v rámci kvalifikace této normy. Tato norma platí pro obloukové svařování tvářeného a litého hliníku a jeho slitin. V normě je používán výraz hliník pro hliník a slitiny hliníku. Tato norma se nepoužívá pro konečnou úpravu hliníkových odlitků svařováním, které je uvedeno v normě ISO 15614-4. Obloukové svařování hliníku zahrnuje v souladu s normou ISO 4063:2023 následující svařovací metody: 131 - obloukové svařování tavící se elektrodou v inertním plynu (MIG svařování); 141 - obloukové svařování wolframovou elektrodou v inertním plynu (TIG svařování); 142 - obloukové svařování wolframovou elektrodou v inertním plynu bez přídavného materiálu; 15 - plazmové svařování.

ČSN EN 16647-1 This document is applicable only to decorative fireplaces that have been manufactured for domestic use, which produce a flame using liquid alcohol, hereafter referred to as fuel. NOTE 1 - The requirements outlined in this document can also be applied for outside domestic settings. In that case, additional or different rules on the use of the fireplaces can apply. This document is applicable to free-standing, wall-mounted and built-in fireplaces. This document is applicable to decorative fireplaces that require manual user interaction for ignition, filling, re-filling or extinguishing the fireplace. NOTE 2 - The fireplaces can contain some electric or electronic components. This document is applicable to fireplaces ready for use, whose fuel box is of one unit or is an integral component of the fireplace but not to fireplaces with a fuel tank separate from the fireplace. This document does not apply to fireplaces specifically designed for heating food or keeping food warm (rechauds), nor does it apply to fireplaces for use in boats, caravans, other vehicles or outdoor areas. This document does not apply to fireplaces with a power output higher than 4,5 kW or with a defined heating function. NOTE 3 - National regulations can restrict the power output to less than 4,5 kW.

ČSN EN 10284 This document specifies the requirements for the design, performance and testing of fittings made of malleable cast iron (see also Clause 5 "Materials") with compression ends for polyethylene piping systems. This document applies to piping systems in polyethylene (PE) materials for different application fields, such as supply and distribution of gas, water for general purposes (irrigation, etc.) as well as for human consumption, aqueous liquids and pressurized air. NOTE - Products complying with this document used for water applications intended for human consumption are expected to comply with the relevant national, regional or local regulatory provisions applicable in the place of use. Due to the variety and dynamic of the requirements, it is advisable to check the compliance. The malleable cast iron fittings specified in this document are of compression end type for the connection of PE pipes or of transition type with combined compression ends for pipes in different materials or with combined compression and threaded ends in conformance with EN 10226-1. Their range of sizes covers nominal outside diameters of PE pipes dn 16 mm to dn 110 mm (DN 10 to DN 100) and pipe thread sizes 3/8 to 4.

ČSN EN 13260 This document specifies the characteristics of wheelsets for all heavy rail track gauges. This document is applicable to heavy rail vehicles and is applicable, in principle, to other vehicles such as urban rail vehicles. This document is applicable to wheelsets made from elements defined by the following standards: - EN 13262:- for wheels; - EN 13261:2024 for axles. The requirements defined in this document are applicable to cylindrical wheel seats. Most of the requirements are also applicable to wheelsets with conical wheel seats. If needed, specific requirements for conical wheel seats (e.g. press-fitting curves, geometric dimensions...) are defined in the technical specification. Most of the requirements are also applicable to wheelsets with inboard bearings. If needed, specific requirements for inboard bearings wheelsets are defined in the technical specification. Some characteristics are given according to category 1 or category 2.
